Hi, There was an old issue that when one of the slaves on the RS485 network was down, in specific cases the MODBUS polling would stop. This issue was already fixed - please download the latest UniLogic version from our website, update the UniStream Bin_Files and this should solve the problem.

Hello, Our R&D issued a new UniLogic version 1.14.62. Please download and install this version. http://www.unitronics.com/Downloads/Support/UniLogic/UniLogicSetup_1_14_Build_62_WIN7_SP1.exe Then upgrade the PLC to Bin V1.14.11 by choosing the "Forced" option in UniApp. When the upgrade process is done, , re-download the project by performing "Rebuild-All" > "Download-All". Hi Brad, thanks for the update. try to use U90Ladder V6.6.6 from Unitronics website. install the software and download the latest O/S , then download a blank project (HW Configuration only) Go to info-mode and check if the charecters still fliped. if the problem still occure so contact support@unitronics.com for service issue. i hope it helps..

Hello, Attached is a program for rotating the display back to normal. Connect the PLC to the PC, choose the com port and the direction and click on flip display. Please let us know if it solved the problem. Filp M91 Display.exe

Please follow the next steps: Download the fixed DLL attached to this post Extract the ZIP file, there is a DLL file inside a folder Close VisiLogic V9.7.55 Copy and replace the DLL file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Unitronics\Unitronics VisiLogic_C\VisiLogic Self Reg DLLs Lunch VisiLogic Verify the correct PLC model in HW Configuration Open the project and Perform Build – All from Build menu I hope it helps.. Hi, When downloading a project to EX-RC1, the program will be download to the flash memory. As long as the unit stored in the permitted conditions (environment temperature) the program shouldn't erase. I hope it helps..

Hello, Please note – for Windows 7 /8 / 8.1 install the software while the Windows UAC is OFF and after rebooting the PC. Please reinstall VisiLogic as follow: Close VisiLogic (if necessary, do it from Windows Task manager) Backup your projects and delete all the files related to Unitronics installations. Erase the “Unitronics VisiLogic_C” folder from- C:\Program Files\Unitronics Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files. Perform Windows update and restart the PC Log-on as administrator Save the setup file on your desktop and make sure that the installation file is not blocked (Right click on the file>Properties) If yes, just click on the unblock button: Install VisiLogic. If software opened properly, Go to the properties of VisiLogic shortcut and under compatibility ticked verify the Privilege Level “Run this program as an administrator”. I hope it helps..

Hi Mike, I would like to clarify the memory issue with SAMBA: SAMBA doesn't have the same memory specification like V350/V570. As you understand SAMBA is 1/10 memory capabilities compare to V350. Samba is especially suited for small machine/process applications. Like Jazz, Samba is designed to give an optimal price/performance for low-end PLC and even to Smart Relay customers. These are OEMs who make small machines that have low I/O requirements. Samba is a step up for them – allowing OEMs to offer a color touch screen instead of their current text display. * Converting projects from V350/V570 to SAMBA may cause to incompatibilities between operands. * Most of the memory is occupied by the HMI variables, HMI variables with more properties can take more memory. If your V350 project is not so big and the operands address are not exceed the SAMBA's limit you can try to export the HMI and the Ladder from the V350 project and the import it to new project with SAMBA hardware. Again, you may face incompatibilities so if you do, I'll recommend to write a fresh new project or… to save time, import your ladder and re-choose the operand addresses according to SAMBA's range. Hi, The EX-A1 will officially be discontinued and no longer available for order as of July 29th, 2011. We now producing the EX-A2X instead. The new isolated adapter EX-A2X is 100% substitute of the older, non isolated EX-A1. The advantage is, that the communication with the new module is more stable and as result the cable length can be up to 20 meters. EX-A1 in fact supports up to 1 meter. Important note: The cable for use with EX-A1 is different and not compatible with the cable for EX-A2X and XL modules with build it adapter EX-DI16I3-…. In addition, the cable for EX-A2X has direction – one side must be connected to the controller and the other – to adapter. The cable, of course, is clearly marked. Just small “tip” – the cables for EX-A1 are with gray connectors, while the cables for EX-A2X and EX-DI16A3-… with yellow. You can use this “tip” for first look reference. Hello, UniLogic able to support PNG images and VisiLogic doesn't support PNG properly as it converted into a bitmap in Vision PLC. PNG originally can be transparent so UniLogic don't need any dedicated tool. I hope it helps..

Hello, M210/M216/M218 and other controllers from Minicon M2xx series are very old. They was discontinued more than 12 years ago. We don’t support them anymore. Hello Please try to recover this V130 PLC as follow: Power OFF the PLC>press & hold the info+ESC keys>power on the PLC while pressing. Set the communication parameters as baud rate 115200 and 2 sec time out, then download the attached UDC file to the PLC. Hello Andreas, When performing a clone+OS from SD it will download the projects and the selected operation system. If the images will not be completely downloaded please verify that the Boot and the BinLib are compatible with the selected operation system version. Please use the your current VisiLogic version and create new clone+OS for the SD. we recommend to use the latest VisiLogic V9.7.24 from our website. I hope it helps..

Hello, Please note that you need to define Win8 to support unsigned USB drivers as follow: Step by step guide on how to unsigned drivers (USB) on Windows V8.1. Move your mouse courser to the upper right part on the screen Select settings ->Change PC settings->Updates and Recovery > Recovery > Under “Advanced Startup” > Restart now. Now the system will restart and might take some minutes to show up the boot menu. You will be prompted with a menu with following options. - Continue - Troubleshoot - Turn off Choose Troubleshoot Then the following menu appears. - Refresh your PC - Reset your PC - Advanced Options Choose Advanced Options Then the following menu appears - System Restore - System Image Recovery - Automatic Repair - Command Prompt - Windows Startup settings Choose Windows Startup Settings, then Click Restart. Now the computer will restart and the boot menu appears. Choose Disable Driver signature Enforcement from the menu by using your keyboard numbers.
