Hi, Please try to restore the appearance setting of Windows to default settings (Fonts, Themes…XP default) Right click on his desktop>properties . If it didn't help, Please delete all the files related to Unitronics installations. Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files. Perform Windows update and restart the PC. Then copy the installation file of VisiLogic V9.4.0 to the desktop and try to install again.

Hi, Close VisiLogic>Find a file on your PC called msadox.dll>double click on it> Open with: C:\Windows\System32\ regsvr32 …and register it. i hope it helps...

Dear Jerin, First make sute to add the exact fonts to Windows font library. To add a custom font type and size in VisiLogic, go to the font handler and add new font. For more information please go to VisiLogic>Help (F1) Home > HMI Displays > Text > Font Handler

Hello, It seems that indeed the BinLib version cause to this issue. Please try to recover the PLC as follow: Use COM1 RS232 115200 baud rate 2sec time out Connect 6 wire cable instead of the 4 wire cable. Reboot the PLC The PLC should beep > tap once to stop the beeping Go to VisiLogic>communication & O/S, the 4th tab is system modes Check the communication by clicking on the GET button If you have a communication>Switch to Factory BOOT Go to O/S tab>check Download only the BinLib by clicking on the Advance button>BinLib (only) If the download will success, then replace to 4 wire back and download the BOOT and then the O/S.

Hello Sir, As far as we checked, all Unitronics software and utilities are able to work on WIN7 64bit machines but we didn't try to work day by day with x64 PC and we are still checking this issue with our R&D. So meanwhile as it shows in the system requirement, our official position is related to 32bit PC's only. Please note: Microsoft UAC requires that you execute the installation using the "Run as Administrator" command. Microsoft introduced the UAC to provide users with more security. If you facing some problems with VisiLogic, please open the software's as "administrator" (Right mouse click). If VisiLogic opened properly, Go to the properties of VisiLogic shoutrcut and under compatibility ticked verify the Privilege Level “Run this program as an administrator”. for more information please look at the attached file. i hope it helps... Hi Damian, When you uninstall VisiLogic, some file still stays in C:/Program Files/Unitronics….for last recovery.( Current_OPLC.ini file) To perform a proper reinstall please follow the next instructions: Backup your application files Uninstall VisiLogic Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files Install VisiLogic again I hope it helps..

Hi Deke, Let's clarify those issues: If you connect the mini-USB cable, PLC's COM1 RS232 RJ11 will be disabled until you unplug the mini-USB. For more information you can read the help menu topic in VisiLogic. Now regarding the new keyboard in V9.4.0: To solve such problem with V9.4.0 and V1040/V1210, you must perform the following steps: · Download the latest system files (O/S, BinLib. BOOT) via COM port RS232 · Download a blank application · initialize & reset the PLC · Open your project and restore the system images in system images menu · Perform build all from "build" menu · Download your project Explanation why you must perform these steps: As it mentioned in the version changes, V1040/1210 get new numeric keyboard so the system images has been changed. That’s why you need to download a blank application which also download the good order and updated system images. I hope it helps....

Pleaseuse the latest VisiLogic V9.3.1 (Download) Whenusing VisiLogic V9.3.1 (or any version) you must download all the system filesthat released with each version: · Boot · BinLib · O/S Usea COM port to download the BOOT and the BinLib. ***Avoid system incompatibility - Please note *** Thesystem files in V9.X.X are not compatible with V7.X.X or V8.X.X Makesure that you are using the O/S, BinLib, Boot that implement in each VisiLogicversion 1. Turn OFF the PLC and use it as standalone ( Disconnect I/Oexpansions ,Ethernet….) 2. Touch and hold the screen 3. Power ON while screen is touched 4. Touch twice in Bootstrap screen Makesure the Connection Settings are correct (COM PORT RS232 ONLY, 115200baud rate and 6sec time out) Pleasemake sure that you are using the latest system files (Go to help menu>updatefrom the web>operation system) Downloada blank application to the PLC by using PC's COM Port and PLC's COM1 RS232. Hello, V350/V570 are supporting Enfora Modem, if you have problem to communicate pleasemake a little test: Step1: Poweroff the modem>Insert your GSM SIM Card>connect the modem to your PC byusing the full 9 pin cable (P/N MJ10-22-CS28)>power on themodem Step2: OpenVisiLogic>Modem Services> Verify the setting as below (including PIN codeif there is any)>and click on Prepare PLC-side modem. Waituntil it finish initialize. Ifeverything is ok, unplug the full 9 pin cable from the PC and modem, thenconnect the special adapter MJ10-22-CS72 + 4 wire cable to the modem . Thesecond edge to the PLC's COM2 set as RS232. Step3: Openthe ladder>put direct contact as SB2 and add the Com init from the COMmenu> click ok and download to the PLC. Whenyou finish to download this basic program please power off the modem and thePLC and turn them on after 3-5 seconds. InVisiLogic go to on-line mode and check the status of SB82 (1=init /SB83:1=fail). i hope it helps!
