Hi, Thanks for the response. The PLC's serial number is F342372, it's a V230-13-B20B. I'm not sure how old it is. I have reverted back to using to using verion 3 of the OS for now which runs fine wih now problems. Cheers Mat

Hi, I've tried to upgrade from OS3 on a V230 to the latest OS. The OS downloads ok but the ladder in the PLC needs to be compiled under the latest Visilogic. When I try to down load the ladder I'm getting a comms problem at the end of the down load, so it's not quite completing the download. I have reverted back to V3 of visilogic and all is fine. Has anybody had a similar experience and found a way around the problem? Cheers Mat
