I am from Mexico, I hope you could understand what I wrote. I Have a PLC+HMI Unistream 7". I plug in the PLC to HMI and connect the HMI to Power supply, afterwards, screen "initializing" appears and remainds on that screen, kept for hours. I have checked my wirings, PLC and the HMI mutiple times and i sure it´s all in right. I can´t acces to UniApps and upgrade the firmware. The connection PC-PLC is succesful, but the PLC needs upgrade firmware. I hope you can help me. Thank you
