no, there are no large contactors or VFDs in the system. units ran fine for the first 2 months, then started to fail. no changes had occurred on the site or with the program. I am leaning towards faulty hardware but am concerned that 2 units on different sites are ding the same thing

hi we have 2 units that have been supplied to us that we are having fatal error issues with as per the attached. on one unit we have flashed the operating system and re downloaded the software but no change. errors are occurring intermittently but generally at least once a day. any suggestions would be appreciated. cheers
