  1. Quoting myself here, I have learned that yes there are indeed special characteristics of the USB export function. This is solely based on my attempts to export out of an existing controller onto a USB and observing the file structure. It is vastly different than just a ulpr file. Everything seems to be packaged quite separately in the USB export dump, and the configurations seem to be split into many files and folders of varying types. It doesn't even appear that I can back into these files by exporting individual components out of unilogic either because the file structure is so different. So it appears I'll be forced to install the software I need onto a different laptop so I can create this file.
  2. Is there anything special about the USB export option? The reason I ask is I'm in the process of doing firmware updates that require the program to be re-downloaded. The problem is since Unilogic can only run 1 instance per computer, I'm running my upgraded project version on a virtual machine thus no USB inputs. I could virtualize the USB input from my host machine, but this is on a corporate computer and getting the access rights to this is untenable. Can I not just save the ulpr file manually onto the stick and dump it that way? Or is that not possible?
