Hi I am using Jazz JZ20-R31 and MJ20-ET1 I need information on how to implement the communication between PLC and PC over a local network ethernet. Can anyone show a program example, and command structure (ho to read memory integers, inputs or MB) to be send from PC to PLC. How can I use, for example, Ethernet Configuration in the Project Navigation in the U90Ladder Thanks Unnsteinn

Goodmorning everyone, it is the first time that I write in this forum, but I have been working with Unitronics controllers for many years and here I found a lot of help. One of our customers, who already has our own machine, asked us to be able to update it so that it is possible to do remote assistance and, at a later time, have access to the PLC variables from their SCADA (we can forget this part for now, they don't have one). Briefly, the machine in question is equipped with a Jazz PLC, and we already have the MJ20-ET1 add-on module. Normally we would have mounted a Tosibox to perform the required operations, but this time we wanted to try one of the new Unitronics routers (mod. UCR-ST-B8-EU). As long as the PC and router are connected to the same network, there is no problem but, by separating the networks to simulate remote assistance, we cannot create the connection (via unicolud?). We have not found a specific guide for the Jazz series, and the moment we try to insert a new PLC via the serial number, the system says that this is invalid. Maybe we have skipped a few steps or we are missing something. Has anyone experienced this setup or would they be able to help us? Thank you all

Hello, I have a JZ20-R16 plc and a Aplisens 4-20 mA level transducer. I do linearization in ladder to get the correct level value in meters. Depending on the level the plc starts and stops a pump, and it all works greate. Start and stop levels are input by the user from keypad, also the max value of the transducer. Everything works ok, the problem is with displaying current level on lcd. Right after linearization i copy the value to MI3 that is set to be shown on the "main" screen. It is displayed but the readout is jumping around/changing very quickly (level is constant), numbers get blurry and they are unreadable. Tried this on 2 plcs and 2 transducers with the same result. I've seen this working but can't find any reason for this behavior. Maybe it's reading the value to often? Please help me. Any advice will be appreciated.

Hi everyone I retrofited old high power UV lamp control system. Jazz PLC installed and programmed. User need only 3 timer for change on display. Now user need up to 20 different program with 3 edited parameters (timers). I found sample code file Programmer 10x10.U90 for M91 OPLC. And try to download it to Jazz JZ20-J-R16-Y (Changed M91 to Jazz in hardware configuration). Looks like sample code work fine (all parameters in all programs is present after power off). After that i found in U90 ladder help: "Jazz controllers do not offer a Database".????? What i must do now: - Make database in ladder; - Try to use "not offered Database"? Maybe Jazz 2 has some M91 "hidden" function... Any ideas?
