genacc_zach Posted March 21, 2012 Report Share Posted March 21, 2012 Using a V570 PLC and a Windows 7 equipped PC to communicate using Remote Operator. When I try to connect (under Communications Settings), I hit the "Check Connection" button and I get a window that pops up "Unable to create PLCName.xml" I know the computer will communicate thru Visilogic software, however am having no luck on the Remote Operator program. Make sure that the Remote Operator directory has a full permission (for the user called EVERYONE if such user is not defined for that folder, then add it to the folder) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
