Robin P
Apologies if in the wrong forum. I wish to have made cableforms to connect to UID-1600 devices we may supply as optional upgrades to the system we are manufacturing. The cableform will include the 7-way connectors (2-types) identical to those that you provide with this device, but I cannot at present find the exact part references. I believe they are made by Phoenix. Regards Robin Proctor
Eyal Koren
Hello Robin, Could you please give some more information regarding your needs? It sounds like you are looking for an expansion adapter for your system - Unitronics has several adapters that fits your description (as I understand it). Robin P
Hello Eyal The system we are building will have optionally 1 to 4 UID1600 IOs, each connecting to a separate DB-25 connection socket in the cabinet linking to the external equipment. We wish to make a standard cableform that will link a UID1600 (4 sets of 4 digital inputs) to the D-type connector socket mounted in the wall of the cabinet holding the UniStream PLC. The cableforms will be assembled by an external supplier, to whom it would sensible for us to give a minimum order of 20 cableforms or so. This would be in advance of our ordering the UniStream UIDs themselves. To make the cables the supplier needs 20 x 4 (=80) UID connectors, as well as the D-type sockets which are readily available on the market. Are the UID connectors available separately? I hope this clarifies a bit. Regards Robin Proctor

Please contact Unitronics distributor in your country and ask for product number SET27001-A. Each kit contains four 7-pin connectors.
