viscoelastic Posted June 30, 2017 Report Share Posted June 30, 2017 Hi All, I enclosed screenshots below. Cannot download to a V2110. Works fine with a 700 but not the 1210. I get an error to update the O/S. When I do, is says I am already updated. You can see by my screenshots, I am running the newest build as well. What am I missing? MVP 2023 Flex727 Posted June 30, 2017 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted June 30, 2017 I've never seen the second message you show, but that looks like you're trying to update VisiLogic, not the firmware on your PLC. To update the firmware on your PLC, connect the PLC with the computer running VisiLogic and confirm you have a connection (Connection/Get PLC Information), then select the 4th tab over (tool tip says Operating System), then click the Check button. After that, follow the prompts and be prepared to wait about 5 minutes while VisiLogic updates your PLC firmware.
