Agree with Cam, it appears that you have forces in place.  These are done when online by left click in the yellow area of the operand in the ladder, and then right click on the Set box in the little window that then opens.  Right click brings up a choice of force options.  Running forces can cause all sorts of odd issues and must be done carefully, not only in unitronics equipment but all plcs in general.

Also, if the ladderwork is in a subroutine, ensure that you have actually called  it.  Visilogic has a major quirk/fault/problem in that it shows red colours (which imply active power) in routines that are NOT actually being called.
