  1. Hi,

    Is it WIN7 32bit or 64bit?

    Follow the steps below for proper installation:

    -Remove the drivers from control panel>Program and features:

    -Follow the instructions from the PC Setting window>install USB Driver

    -In "Silicon Laboratories" mark the Launch the CP210x…… window

    -Now, when the Driver Software icon appears in the task bar below, click to open the window and click on "Skip obtaining driver software from windows update"

    -Verify that you get the window with the addressed com port

    Please note – using USB cable, PLC's COM 1 will inactive

    Let us know your results!

  3. Dear Sir,

    I passed the image to Unitronics R&D for examination and i'm waiting the comments.

    Is there any firewall running? or administrator limitation?

    Anyway, please try to reinstall U90Ladder as follow:

    • Backup your application files.
    • Uninstall U90Ladder.
    • Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files
    • Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files.
    • Install U90Ladder again.

    Please let us know your results!

  4. Dear Sir,

    Can you provide more information on you working environment? Such as:

    Which windows version are you using?(XP,VISTA,7 and if it;s 32bit or 64 bit)

    Is it a desktop PC or notebook?

    Did VisiLogic or other Unitronics software also showing this error?

    Also, Can you send us the screen shot of the error message?

    Which windows version are you using? (XP, VISTA, 7…)

    Try to perform a proper reinstall VisiLogic as the instruction below.

    If it didn't helps, please sent the application to support@unitronics.com for examination.

    For XP Please do the following:

    • Backup your application files.
    • Uninstall VisiLogic.
    • Erase the “unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files
    • Erase the “unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files.
    • Install VisiLogic again.

    For Vista please do the following:

    • Backup your application files.
    • Uninstall VisiLogic.
    • Erase the “unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files
    • Erase the “unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files.
    • In addition deleted the following directory that has been created by Vista.(first in folder option- view, enable show hidden file and folder)
    • C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Unitronics\Unitronics VisiLogic_C ( please replace “XXX” with your user name)
    • Install VisiLogic again.

    Please let us know if it helped.

    Try to uninstall VisiLogic according the steps below>then check for Windows updates>reset your PC>install VisiLogic again.

    • Backup your application files.
    • Uninstall VisiLogic.
    • Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files
    • Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files

  7. Hello,

    We just checked DataXport with Excel 2010 and it's working fine without the mentioned error.

    Did the error message appears immediately after openning DataXport? Or, after some action? (Call,Export...)

    This error may occur because the ActiveX or COM DLL being accessed is not registered on the system.

    Please try as follow:

    1. Install the latest Microsoft .NET Framework
    2. Reboot and delete and files in the TEMP folder on your PC.
      These are usually located in C:\Windows\Temp and in the %temp% environment variable.
    3. Reinstall the component package that includes the DLL being accessed. This will register the DLL.
