Hello,
After installing our VisiLogic software (Download) , the image library will locate under: C:\Program Files\Unitronics\Unitronics VisiLogic_C\Data\ImagesC
if you can't see the images,check the folder option if it's hidden of some Windows limitation that you need to remove in your PC.
anyway i'ts related to your Windows.

Maybe you have very old PLC with less memory from the current V230.

Is it WIN7 32bit or 64bit?
Follow the steps below for proper installation:
-Remove the drivers from control panel>Program and features:
-Follow the instructions from the PC Setting window>install USB Driver
-In "Silicon Laboratories" mark the Launch the CP210x…… window
-Now, when the Driver Software icon appears in the task bar below, click to open the window and click on "Skip obtaining driver software from windows update"
-Verify that you get the window with the addressed com port
Please note – using USB cable, PLC's COM 1 will inactive

Hi,
Please try to perform a proper reinstall of VisiLogic 9.0.0 by following the attached instruction set for a Windows7 machine which also requires the turning off of UAC and certain folder directories to be deleted as specified.

If you still facing the same problem, we assume that you don't have MDAC or Jet installed on your computer you can check it here:

I passed the image to Unitronics R&D for examination and i'm waiting the comments.
Is there any firewall running? or administrator limitation?
Anyway, please try to reinstall U90Ladder as follow:
- Backup your application files.
- Uninstall U90Ladder.
- Erase the “Unitronics†folder from- C:\Program Files
- Erase the “Unitronics†folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files.
- Install U90Ladder again.
Please let us know your results!

Dear Sir,
Can you provide more information on you working environment? Such as:
Which windows version are you using?(XP,VISTA,7 and if it;s 32bit or 64 bit)
Is it a desktop PC or notebook?
Did VisiLogic or other Unitronics software also showing this error?
Also, Can you send us the screen shot of the error message?

Please convert the images to other formats such as BMP,EMF.JPG.

Try to perform a proper reinstall VisiLogic as the instruction below.
If it didn't helps, please sent the application to support@unitronics.com for examination.
For XP Please do the following:
- Backup your application files.
- Uninstall VisiLogic.
- Erase the “unitronics†folder from- C:\Program Files
- Erase the “unitronics†folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files.
- Install VisiLogic again.
For Vista please do the following:
- Backup your application files.
- Uninstall VisiLogic.
- Erase the “unitronics†folder from- C:\Program Files
- Erase the “unitronics†folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files.
- In addition deleted the following directory that has been created by Vista.(first in folder option- view, enable show hidden file and folder)
- C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Unitronics\Unitronics VisiLogic_C ( please replace “XXX†with your user name)
- Install VisiLogic again.

Hi,
The current V350 don't have default tab to grip and pull out.
It was causing some problems so Unitronics desinge a new keyboard with printing in the internal layer.
You can use your custom slide (which made according to the document) and insert it from the slot nearby the expansion port.

Did you try to export the operand by using VisiLogic V8.6.2 (latest)?

Try to power off the PLC>touch and hold the screen>power on the PLC>connect your PLC via COM-1 to the PC , in VisiLogic go to connection menu>communication & OS>go to tab= install operating system and click on the check button and then Download button
Use baud rate 57600.

We just checked DataXport with Excel 2010 and it's working fine without the mentioned error.
Did the error message appears immediately after openning DataXport? Or, after some action? (Call,Export...)
This error may occur because the ActiveX or COM DLL being accessed is not registered on the system.
Please try as follow:
- Install the latest Microsoft .NET Framework

Reboot and delete and files in the TEMP folder on your PC.
These are usually located in C:\Windows\Temp and in the %temp% environment variable. - Reinstall the component package that includes the DLL being accessed. This will register the DLL.

Which D-Type adapter are you using? is it MJ10-22-CS10 or MJ10-22-CS25?
You should use MJ10-22-CS10 with MJ20-PRG and 6 wire cable!

Which V570 you have? T20, T34...
Meanwhile, try as follow:
1. Turn off the PLC
2. Touch and hold the screen
3. Power on while screen touched
4. Touch twice in Bootstrap screen
5. Update the o/s
6. Download empty application to the controller.
Let us know your results!

Hi,
The one thing that left is to try with other V130-33-R34 or another PLC.
Use the latest VisiLogic version and the latesr o/s files.
If you still have this problem i suggest that you ask your distributor for a working set.
