  1. Hi Rene, Please see the attached project. In the Data Sampler1 struct there is a "Create CSV" bit. When this bit is turned on, every time you will stop the sampling or when the sampler reaches the maximum samples (60000 samples) a new CSV will be written to the SD card. Please let me know if that works for you. UniStream_070_Data_Sampling_And_Trend.ulpr
  2. Hi Y.INDS, FYI, the bug in Sort Array function block is fixed, and will be included in the next release of Unilogic (which should be available next month).
  3. Thank you for bringing this up! Using your reference I found out that there is a bug in the "Sort Array" function block (which is used to determine min/max values in the application) - apparently It does not sort certain values. I referred it to our R&D department and this bug will be fixed in the upcoming Unilogic version. Thanks again for bringing this up.
  4. Please see the attached application. I assembled it according to the "Descriptive Statistics" feature in Microsoft Excel. You may find it useful. Statistics_04_12.ulpr
  5. Hi, Not only it is possible to replace the battery while the PLC is powered, it is also recommended. This way you can keep your system running without losing any values stored in RAM.
  6. Hi Milen, Unilogic has only one type of floating point data type, which is the single precision (32bit). Unfortunately, there is no way to convert 64 bit floating point value to 32bit floating point value, because Unilogic cannot recognize this data type (in general, this conversion is possible in environments that work with 64bit values, but you will lose a significant part of the precision or will receive a result of +inf or -inf if the value is too high)
  7. Hi all, This is an open invitation for you to suggest new ideas and thoughts for Unilogic UDFB's. It is very important for us to keep track of our customers needs. As part of this agenda we want to create and develop useful tools for your benefit. These UDFB's will be attached to the next releases of Unilogic. Please feel free to suggest any idea that seems useful. Thank you

  10. First of all, each PLC is running on a different development software platform (Visilogic for the Vision series, U90 Ladder for Jazz). Secondly, regarding the Jazz series - only Jazz2 can be connected to Ethernet (via module), and it enables PC-PLC communication and Modbus/TCP connection. Vision PLC's, on the other hand, have an Ethernet connection (via additional module) with 4 built in sockets, enabling multiple protocols networking (like TCP, UDP, Modbus etc.).
  11. Hi Unnsteinn, I attached two sample applications to this post. Both of them utilize modbus over ethernet communication, one as master and the other as slave. These are good examples for how to configure local communication via Ethernet. After successfully implementing communication, you can do the following: 1. Monitor and operate the controller with Remote Access (get the software from here). 2. Read and save operand data with DataXport (get the software from here). For further assistance regarding communications or software please contact us at support@unitronics.com JZ20-R10_Modbus
  12. Hello Jaimes Daniel, We would like to have an online session with you. Please write to support@unitronics.com and state on what time you will be available.
  13. Hi, Please try the following: 1. Check if your battery is low (SB8=1). If so, replace it. 2. Backup your application, then download an empty application to the controller. Then re-download your application. Hope this helps.
