I'm using the adapter JZ-RS4, the wiring is ok. 

I'm initially reading the status data VDF but nothing is received.

Comm node addr: 100

Comm Format: RTU 8-N-1

Today I wanted to upload a new program, but can not access the PLC, who writes that the PLC is locked.

 

How do I unlock the lock? I didn't set any password.

How to configure the PLC password protection?

My jazz is  jz20-r16,
