  1. Many thanks, I'll check it out.
  2. Hi Rivka, Many thanks for the confirmation, any idea when this new version will be released, it would be really useful to have this feature to help with my debugging. Or if it's going to a while, is teher any possibility of getting access to you unreleased version for testing? KR
  3. If it's true that it is not currently possible, can we ask to have it added please?
  4. Hi, I'm currently de-bugging a new project involving RS485 MODBUS comms with 20 slaves. The du-bugging process is proving to be a challenge as things happen so quickly, making visualisation difficult. I've started using the Scope Trace function for the first time, which is a tremendous help when observing the behaviour of numeric values, but I am a little surprised that I don't appear to be able to assign bit values to the scope, or am I missing something? Clearly a bit changing state can have a significant impact on numeric values and so it would be really helpful to see both on the same screen. I guess one option is to create numeric values from the bit states and plot those, but it's potentially a lot of additional work. Hopefully I'm missing something and this is possible? Feedback appreciated.
  5. Hi, I'm about to start a new project and would like to ceate the operand labels in Excel and then import them into the project as this should be much faster than typing them directly into Visilogic. I believe I'm correct in saying this is possible, could you please point me in the direction of any information that describes the format required.but Many Thanks
  6. Hi, I hope this is a simple question. You list three types of modem as being compatible with the vision series OPLC's. Do you have any advice on how to select an appropriate modem? i.e. do they all offer exactly the same in terms of features and performance or are particular advantages and dissadvantages for each?? Regards Skye
  7. Hi, I'm in the process of programing a Jaz JZ-11-UA24 and am new to this language, hence would appreciate some help. I have defined a number of memory integers, some with default power-up values. Several of the MI's behave as I would expect but several don't. When I put the unit into debug mode and look at their values the current value is the same as the MI's number i.e. MI3's current value would be 3 and MI4's current value would be 4 and so on. This despite those MI's having powerup values defined and not being called anywhere else in the ladder? Can anyone explain why these few MI's behave like this. Many Thanks Skye
