  1. Is it possible to get the example program used in the HMI webinar. The one with the moving Unitronics bottles. It would be helpful in understanding moving graphics
  2. Hi, #1 - The UniLogic help files refer to linearization for numeric box. Where is that functionality? #2 - Does the linearize under math functions follow the same format as VisiLogic? I could use more explanation of the tag values associated with it.
  3. I agree. I also have concerns that someone can edit data tables in Uniapps. It would be great if you had the option of making them read only
  4. Yes, its been downloaded many times as the program develops.
  5. I am still experiencing occasional HMI mismatches. The application has been created under Windows 7 and I have upgraded to Unilogic 1.7.62. I also upgraded the OS on my 10" Unistream to the current firmware. This problem happened before the upgrades and is still happening on occasion.
  6. Anyone have some example programs of some animations. I would love to show moving flow in some pipes on the HMI
  7. Ok, so I am plugging away at this drum program and recently noticed that the data table can be accessed/edited in UniApps/Memory/Data Tables. Is there a way to prevent this. I do not want somebody changing the drum sequence. I currently have the table retained in memory
  8. Ok, the images folder are bmp but I actually want the images in ImageC folder. Those are emf
  9. I thought the Visilogic images were emfs. It doesn't appear that Unilogic recognizes emfs. I can convert the emf to png with Paint but the image loses its transparency.
  10. Is there anyway to use the Visilogic graphics in Unilogic? I know they are different extensions, emf and png, but is there a way to convert them without losing transparency. I find the graphic library in Unilogic to be very limited compared to Visilogics library.
  11. I still cant connect the PLC directly to my laptop with an Ethernet cable. I am however able to connect when I plug the Unistream into my router. Im obviously still missing something
  12. My less than graceful great dane got his foot caught up with my communication cable to my UniStream. Needless to say he pulled the cable out of the controller along with the jack that the cable plugs into so the USB device connection is screwed. I'm trying to connect to the UniStream with an Ethernet cable and am having no luck. I plug an Ethernet cable into my laptop and into UniStream and port lights do light up. I went into UniApps to obtain the IP address to enter into PLC-PC communications to connect using Ethernet and I am having no luck. What am I missing? Also, is it possible to send the panel back for repair of the USB device jack? This panel is brand new, I didn't even pull the plastic of the screen yet
  13. Is there a drum configuration in Unilogic. I am trying to convert a program from Visilogic to Unilogic and cant find any drum?
  14. I would like to start out by saying I am a beginner to plc programming. This is my first attempt at programming something. I have shocked myself on how much I have progressed at this stage thanks to awesome unitronics help files and their other learning resources. I have hit a wall however... I think I am having trouble with subroutines and their proper architecture. I am writing a program that is using a drum and it works great. The program also has a manual mode where I can manipulate common outputs that the drum uses. I am currently trying to switch subroutines depending on auto or manual mode.Things work ok until I start cycling power in different modes to simulate power intreruptions. I am hoping to start in the same state when power is restored. If I am in auto mode on or off it works. If I am in manual mode when power is lost...and power is restored.....im stuck and have to cycle power once more to enable automatic status. Any direction would be appreciated. Im sure I am not clear in my explanation of my problem so if clarification is needed.......I will try my best.
