Hi I’m using V130-33-TR20 PLC and I have some severe issues with the high speed counter: I’m using incremental encoder with A,B outputs, I’m using ISQ5 chip to get 24V for each pulse of the encoder and connect it to the PLC into the HSC input, it seems that it miss counts. The encoder cables are shielded and away from the motor. It is a simple DC motor which I operate with PWM and H-bridge. What can be the problem? Thanks a lot!!
