Hi There, Can anyone help me on this issue. I try to upload the ladder program from my existing HMI JZ20-R31-Z to my laptop but it was protected with password. Is it possible disable the password nor any master password to enable me to upload the project as my back up. Experts Please advice. Thank you. regards, Thanahenry Malaysia
