I have been working with a 10 inch Unistream for some potential projects I would like to use it on. One of the types of systems I would like to use it on are some small High Vac systems. Vacuum ranges from 1.0e-4 to 5.0e-8 Torr vacuum range. The help says I can go down to e-37 range with reals, however the systems seams to round up anything past 3 decimal places. Is there a setting I can change to get more decimal places. I know I have done this on the v570 in the past without issue. I am running version 1.16.44.
