[new V290 with a battery]

Trying to create a unidownloader file for the newer V290 with a battery in the back.  Does it use the same OS, font, etc. file as the one without the battery?  The downloader file works fine to download the OS, but when it gets to the .DVI file, it fails the download.

Where is the link to download the SD card suite?  All I see available is the basic software.  I've got to have access to the utilities immediately.
