Hello Guys, I am facing Problem to connect a V280 to my laptop, we check all the setings, we even change the usb to serial cable, we change the also the device with an other v280, we still unable to connect the the OS version on the PLC is V5.04 (B13) on the Laptop we have Visilogic version 9.8.31, when we try to connect it shows the following Any one who can assist or knows what could be the problem?
