[Can't share projects with same unilogic versions]

Hi,

I don't seem to be able to look at or share projects with the same version of Unilogic.

I have Unilogic version 1.32.98  on a PC & laptop. Both devices share the same files, which are stored in a google cloud account.

Previously I have been able to open any project with the PC or laptop.

However If I now change the project using the laptop, I can no longer open the project with the PC.

I can see the file using the Unilogic file browser, but when I try to open the file I can see the loading wheel image for a fraction of a second then the screen reverts back to the "untitled - Unilogic" state.

 

This is true for any project that has been modified using the laptop.

If a project has not been modified I can open it using the PC or laptop.

Don't know if this makes any difference, but PC is running windows 11 pro and laptop is running windows 11 home.

 

Anyone had this issue before?

[Data table delegate creation error]

Hi,

After removing some unused fields from a data table then compiling I received the following error

"Data Table delegate creation error, please contact Technical Support"

What does this mean and what do I need to do to rectify this error.

[Web Trend Stops after 4.5 minutes]

Hi all,
I have a web trend (not live trend) which works for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. The data sampler stores 5 feed values every 30 seconds. The time axis on the trend is 10 minutes. The trend starts on LHS and continues the lines every 30 seconds, but once it reaches 4 minutes 30 seconds (the 10th sample) it stops.

Is there a limit to the amount of data shown on a web trend. I know the data sample is working, because I can see historic trends.

[Remote PLC - problems with online mode.]

I've tried rebooting, but still no online connection.

I think it may be a problem with port 3335

I'm assuming ports, 80, 22 & 3335 should be forwarded to 192.168.0.250

I don't have access to the router, so I'm waiting on someone checking the router configuration.

Hi,
I have a remote PLC that I can download a new project, but it will not connect to online mode after the download has completed. I get the following message when I try to go online:

     "Online mode was terminated due to a communication error. Please check the connecting cables"

I can download a project with no issues, so I know the communication does work. I know the download has been because the web pages have changed inline with the new download.

Any ideas, please

[Email message using data tags]

Is it possible to include a tag within the email message.

I can assign a tag to the To:, cc:, attachments and Subject. This means i can use logic to change the subject, before sending the email, however I can't seem to find a way to change the email message.

Thanks for the quick reply. I was using this method, but it kept failing. The problem was that the SD file structure on the card is not the same as it is shown on the HMI file browser.
I was trying to download a file that was located within the Data Tables directory. I assumed that  the directory was named "Data Tables" because that was what the file browser named the directory, but when I removed the SD card and read it, the real directory for storing Data Tables is named "DT"

When I changed the path to /ExternalSd/DT/08-18.scv instead of /ExternalSd/Data Tables/08-18.csv it worked.

[Download a file using a "Hyper-link" in UniStream web server]

Hi,
I'm trying to create a Web Server link to download a file stored on the SD card. I have tried copying the example shown in the help-file section "WE: Hyperlinks" but it returns an error "invalid URL address".
How do you covert the SD card path into a valid URL so that it will link the anchor text to the SD card file.
