Hello, I am trying to get Modbus TCP connection between to V700 PLC but cant get the the Master "TCP Connection to Establish" .. I have copied the Demo example with in the software. V700_Modbu_TCP Slave V700_Modbus_TCP_Master on Visilogic V9.8.91 I have two V700 Units and a PC connected to a unmanaged Switch using stand Cat5 Patch leads. PC IP: 10.1.90.189 V700 Master IP: 10.1.90.190 V700 Slave IP: 10.1.90.191 I can ping both V700 from PC. On connect (From HMI) the V700 ETH Card Read = Status #22 = 19 (wont change to 23) I have left all the default parameter from the Demo programs. Looking for help to see if anyone has had the Demo's working / communicating.. And what tests I can preform to narrow down my issue with the connection between the two V700 PLC's Thanks in advance Regards Brian Slave Test.vlp Master Test.vlp

I can not set up comms via Port 1 on a V700 Unit to a Cybertec SMM-400 Modem for SMS purposes. Have set them Modem Serial Setting to 9600,8,n,1 I have check the Serial Port settings in the PLC via Information Mode. PCOM,RS232,9600,8,n,1 When ever I Init the Mode, It always returns "Modem operation Failed - Modem not connected" Firstly has anyone used the Cybertec SMM-400 Modem successfully before and if so can you please provide the PIN OUT for the cable. I have tried using "Putty" on the output from Port 1 when doing a Modem Init but nothing is transmitted..is this normal.? Thanks in advance Brian
