  1. this was the status from the pid fixed the parameters in the pid for control/process value. Control value to 0-1000 process value: 0-30 for pressure sensor range will update if it starts working
  2. Heating Element: DERNORD Immersion Cartridge Heater 120V 1500W Hot Rod Heating Element Replacement 3/4 Inch Thread Pressure Sensor: Psi Pressure Transducer 4-20mA Output G1/4" Silicon Pressure Transmitter Transducer for Water Gas Oil (0-0.2MPA) using 0-30 psi Relay: Inkbird Solid State Relay 40DA DC SSR Black Heat Sink for PID Thermostat Temperature Controller Load Voltage: 24-380VAC Load Current: 40A Input Voltage: DC 3-32V Power Supply: 120-24 Temp sensor rtd pt100 Aim for the the program is to control the air pressure in an enclosed tank via a heating element. I'm assuming due to getting an error with the PID status instruction being false, the PID/Auto tune/PWM/heating element won't activate/start. Other than that, pretty lost on why the system isn't functioning. We've checked that all sensors are working. Pressure_PWM - Copy.vlp
  3. @Joe Tauser I attempted to make the changes you suggested. Sorry If it still needs more work new to PLC/Unitronics/Visilogic. Please let me know if there's anything I need to fix Modified_sp.vlp
  4. @Joe Tauser Thanks for the feedback. I will make some changes and reach back out. Do you think I should get rid of the temperature loop all together?
  5. @Joe Tauser Focusing on pressure. Not using any fluids/steam. Just the enclosed air in the tank. Heating element 300w. Don't want to go higher than 15 psi in the tank
  6. Hello, Wanted to get feedback on the project I'm working on. I've attached what I have so far. SD portion still under construction Overview: Controlling pressure with a heating element inside a tank utilizing PIDs Specs: PLC: V700 Snap on: V200-E3/4XB AI: Pressure Sensor: 0-145 psi/ 4-20ma Temp Sensor PT100: -50-300 C Question: How should I implement the selector switch logic/code to choose between the pressure/temperature loop? Feedback: Auto tune parameters Linearization Block Overall Check of Program would be appreciated sp.vlp
  7. @kratmel No logic is needed to display the temperature reading on the HMI?
  8. Hello, I was seeing if someone could post logic/code on how to get the temperature reading from the sensor and then how to display the reading onto the HMI. Also, how to wire the sensor on the plc PT100: https://www.amazon.com/Pt100-Temperature-Sensor-Probe-Thread/dp/B074NVDCC4 PLC: v700 Snap on: V200-18-E3xb Thanks!
  9. Hello, New to using PLCs. PLC: V700, V200-18-E3/4xb https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0748BHLQL?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_MPKEBK3VM6AV7174NC1Q Pressure Transducer: 0-100psi Output: 0.5V~4.5V linear voltage output. 0 psi outputs 0.5V, 50 psi outputs 2.5V, 100 psi outputs 4.5V. I wanted to know how would I setup the pressure transducer in the Hardware configuration....Analog Inputs...type...mode, as well as what settings to use for the linearization block.
