Gentlemen, Thank you for your help. I was able to open the software by downloading again. I believe that after I disabled the UAC I should have done a reboot of my laptop. Today everything worked fine. Thanks again.

At 9% of download I get a "Access is Denied" and the install aborts. Tried uninstalling old version, disableing UAC and nothing helps.

I've had a V350 in the field for demonstration and endurance test purposes for 2 1/2 years. The software is obviously outdated. The unit was recently struck by lightening and although I have a copy on my laptop I can't open it. I get the following message. You are trying to open a newer project with on older version of software. (I grabbed the latest off of the Unitronics site). Database of software is 142 Database of Project is 145 Can anyone please help me retieve this, it was actually years of work with very poor backup on my part. Thank you in advance, Dave
