Hi, I have a remote PLC that I can download a new project, but it will not connect to online mode after the download has completed. I get the following message when I try to go online: "Online mode was terminated due to a communication error. Please check the connecting cables" I can download a project with no issues, so I know the communication does work. I know the download has been because the web pages have changed inline with the new download. Any ideas, please

I have used the UniStream in 2 applications and I am a fan. I would like to know if you can edit your ladder and do a download while the PLC is still running.

Hi, I am new here :-). Thanks for this great forum. Looking forward to learning and contributing. I have set up a remote connection to my UniSteam USP-156-B10 using a VNC client. So now the UniStrem PLC is accessible from the internet. It was easy, I only needed to configure port forwarding on ports 5800 and 5900 in my router, and obviously connect on the outer IP address However I have problems connecting to the UniStream from UniLogic. I have forwarded the ports (22 and 3335) in my router but I still can not connect. I did enable UDP and TCP. The configurations in the router are ex

Hi, all! I stated to learn PLC UniStream. My program works correctly until recently. But today in online mode, the values of the coils did not change from the incoming signal. It was possible to manually replace the value, but then the algorithm was not executed. Although yesterday everything worked out normally What is the problem? Help me please

Hi, I have a PID function block with an embedded PWM function which should turn a heater on and off with a duty cycle. However it is always set on (1). When I monitor the PID UDFB the output from the PWM is 0 but the main ladder has it as a 1. If i drill down further in the PWM UDFB then that is also 0. I don't understand what is happening. Any help would be great. -
Hi I have Unitronics Jazz PLC Jz20-J-T40 PLC. When I connect to my PLC and make online changes, like forcing bit that changes my output, PLC shuts down. This bit that I force, turns ON pump on Output, and then I should get confirmation work signal on Input, but instead, it shuts down. When I'm not connected to PLC, and this same situation happens, it works normally, i can also see confirmation work on my PLC screen. But when I'm connected it shuts down on same place. I have 8 pumps that works this way, and same thing happens on all of them. Does my model of Jazz PLC can work in mode

I have a problem with the local tags in my UDFB. They don't change their state. For example, when I try to set a coil that has a local tag, the local tag's value remains unchanged (zero). I am using the latest version of unilogic. What can I be doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
