Saving External IP Camera Images to USB on a HMI

Looking for some info 

I have a IP camera on a site that I would like to save the still images to a USB / DOK plugged into a Unistream at a timed interval, I dont have a NVR, so was thinking of saving to a USB plugged into the panel and then pull these back to the HMI with logic say every 5 minutes to update the image. 

My question is what would the Network path across a network be to save to the USB. Say the PLC is on 192.168.1.13 ?
