ktipteh Posted November 20 Report Posted November 20 I am working with servo drivers and my Unitronics servo drivers are showing errors A04 and A07. I know that I might have an issue with unstable voltage supply, but however other servo drivers near it don't show these errors, only my Unitronics servo drivers get these errors at the same time. What could be the issue? Which parameter should I fix to avoid these errors?
MVP 2023 kratmel Posted November 20 MVP 2023 Report Posted November 20 Please send mail to support@unitronics.com A07 - error must be corrected via parameters (or vrong encoder type selected). A04 - overload - this is a problem of incorrect connection of the motor or encoder wires or overloading of the motor during the start-up process. Incorrect parameters for the motor encoder are also possible. Unfortunately, you did not specify the markings of the servo components ( drive and motor) and it is impossible to add something more specific
