Data really gone?

Hallo,

I hope someone can help me with a problem.

We have a machine with an installed PLC 120 and the functions etc. where installed.

But we have updated the os from 4.5 to 5.04. After this we had a few problems with "application version mismatch".

After we fixxed this problem all our data tables etc. where gone.

Is there anny change we can get these or some data back, found that there was still some data in PLC Flash Memory (attach). Or does the program make an auto backup before updating OS ?
