It will be a gear reduced servo application attached to a ball screw that will slowly compress a spring and I will be taking force measurements at 2 different points so I can output a "K" value or spring rate of the spring to the operator. It's extremely simple, I just have never programmed PLC's and would like to pay someone to walk me through programming (and a little wiring) of this device. If your in the Dallas area and are familiar with programming PLC's please give me a call at 479-263-0020 (Arkansas number but I work in Dallas, TX).
