Here's the protocol description- http://www.sick.com/pl/pl-pl/home/products/product_portfolio/safe_control_solutions/Documents/FlexiSoft_RK512_Protocoll.pdf If you're not familiar with the protocol block start by looking at some of the Protocol FB examples under the Communications directory in Help->Examples. Hopefully you only need a couple of the functions. You'll have to write code to calculate the pieces that the protocol frame needs and use the Protocol block to stack them together.
