How download a program for one PLC with Unilogic??

Hello, I'm new programming unitronics PLC's, and I've been trying download a program to my PLC, but when I try download It, the software don't find my PLC.

How can I download It by USB?? Help me please, I need to download it for this week.

Which version of Windows are you using to run our UniLogic software?

 

Is it limited to communication with a single PC, or can another one communicate with it over USB?

 

Please try the following steps:

 

·         Power OFF the PLC

·         Close UniLogic

·         Unplug the USB cable

·         Make sure the PC is grounded (power supply for notebook)

·         Power ON the PLC

·         When you see the "initializing" green spin logo, plug the USB cable

·         After the PLC finished to Boot up,  Open Windows CMD > ping 169.254.100.1 and see if you have a reply from the PLC

·         Open UniLogic and try to download a project.

·         If needed, In the discovery window click on the "Refresh" link few times

If you are still having problems connecting the PLC using USB, then maybe someone from the R&D can help (in this case, a remote session will be required).
