no response from analog

hello,

working on debugging a program containing an analog input, using a 0-10v signal. I have the voltage present at the I14 (also tried I15). I have the grounds from both units tied together.

the hardware is configured for 0-10v on both channels, and i have the PLC in debug mode watching the MI table.

when i change the input voltage, there is no change in the PLC. The PLC always reads zero.

any ideas on what to try?

Dumb question- did you move the jumpers inside?
