wassim Posted October 25, 2016 Report Share Posted October 25, 2016 Hello Guys, I am facing Problem to connect a V280 to my laptop, we check all the setings, we even change the usb to serial cable, we change the also the device with an other v280, we still unable to connect the the OS version on the PLC is V5.04 (B13) on the Laptop we have Visilogic version 9.8.31, when we try to connect it shows the following Any one who can assist or knows what could be the problem? MVP 2023 Ausman Posted October 27, 2016 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted October 27, 2016 Hi Wassim, I see no image in your post after "shows the following", so I can only add to what Flex has said, and that is to make sure that you have matching baud rates in device manager and Visilogic, normally 57600. I have had instances of no connection when the setting in device manager is not the same.
