Problem to connect V280 to my lap

Hello Guys,

I am facing Problem to connect  a V280 to my laptop, we check all the setings,  we even change the usb to serial cable,  we change the also the device with an other v280, we still unable to connect

the  the OS version on the PLC is V5.04 (B13)

on the Laptop we have Visilogic  version 9.8.31, when we try to connect it shows the following 

 

Any one who can assist or knows what could be the problem?

Confirm you have selected the correct Com port in the VisiLogic software. If that's correct, and you are using the Unitronics cable, then the most likely problem is a driver issue.

Hi Wassim,

I see no image in your post after "shows the following", so I can only add to what Flex has said, and that is to make sure that you have matching baud rates in device manager and Visilogic, normally 57600.  I have had instances of no connection when the setting in device manager is not the same.

Other than that, perhaps have a good read of all the ideas in this other post, to follow up what Flex has said about drivers:
