andrew39
hello everyone, i got conductivity sensor TetraCon 325, which i connected to monitor LF 296 and its showing some values. I need to connect sensor to PLC modules and show data on PLC screen (V1210).
andrew39
i cant upload picture of rear view monitor LF 296 beacuse its too big, thats how it looks: http://www.wtw.com/de/produkte/produktklassen/stationaere-messsysteme/analoge-umformer/quadroliner-lf-296.html
MVP 2022 Joe Tauser Posted December 16, 2016 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted December 16, 2016 Have you drawn a schematic of what you've done so far? Which I/O module do you have for your V1210? Joe T. 1
andrew39
Here are the complete electrical schematics : http://www116.zippyshare.com/v/zmAasaSO/file.html This is made for laboratory exercises in fluid mechanics and i need to add one more conductivity sensor. MVP 2022 Flex727 Posted January 13, 2017 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted January 13, 2017 andrew39, have you uploaded files on this forum previously? If so, the upload limit is cumulative. Go and delete the files you previously uploaded and your upload limit will increase.
andrew39
@Joe Tauser please check your Email, I sent you a pdf with shematics. @Flex727 yes i did, thank you for info.
MVP 2022 Joe Tauser Posted January 16, 2017 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted January 16, 2017 Here are Andrew's schematics- On to the question. The TetraCon 325 is the actual conductivity sensor, which must be connected to a conditioner/amplifer. You have mentioned a WTW LF96 for this. Clicking the English flag for the link you posted reports that particular item is not available, so we'll move on. Page 4 of your schematic shows the analog inputs, which you currently have as two wire loop powered sensors. If whatever conductivity amplifier you choose has an analog output, it is most likely powered by the amplifier. So you connect the + of the analog output to AN4 and the - to COM on the module.
