Run-time error 429 ActiveX component can't create object

There was a shift in the Microsoft Object model between Office 2013 and 2016.  I have a VB app I wrote many years ago for Office 2000 that ran all the way through the various versions of Windows and Office through Office 2013.  Then when Office 2016 came out it wouldn't run anymore and gave the above error.

So you need to get an older version of Excel if you want to use UnCmDrv1.dll.
