segal
Hi! This weekend something was happening with a well-functioning plc, what do you think was the trigger? These pictures were sent from him, before restarting, and restarting. You may have been disconnected through the modbus connection?
MVP 2022 Flex727 Posted October 6, 2018 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted October 6, 2018 The application software was lost. Is the battery good? Check the battery and the power supply, then reload the application from VisiLogic or an SD card. To prevent this, do "Download All & Burn" when downloading the application. MVP 2022 kratmel Posted November 5, 2018 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted November 5, 2018 Please test "Battery status bit" SB8 in visilogic. If it is 1- battery not OK or it not connected to properly (bended contact).
MVP 2022 Joe Tauser Posted November 6, 2018 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted November 6, 2018 This can be caused by noise gremlins getting into the CPU via the I/O module. Do you have any VFDs in the system? Joe T.
segal
Hi! I have another problemHiba 1.pdf. I did not want to open a new topic. I do not know why, but the sum of two positive numbers will be a negative result. Why is this why? Where do I find the fault?
MVP 2022 Flex727 Posted November 28, 2018 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted November 28, 2018 How big are the numbers? Are you overflowing the register? If you're using MIs, try using MLs.
MVP 2022 Flex727 Posted November 28, 2018 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted November 28, 2018 Oh, I missed your pdf. Yes, you're overflowing the 16-bit register. The largest value an MI can hold is 32,767. Use MLs.
