Project Password lost - any chance to restore?

Hi all,

for the worst case, a password loss, I need help, if possible at all.

My configuration:

V350-TRA22 + Visilogic 9.8.65

When I tried to upload the existing control software to the PC, I've got the password message (see image)

Nobody knows, the programmer is not available anymore.

Is there someone who has an idea?

There is a procedure for recovering a loss password with our sale department only for the owner after identifying procedure.
