Hi gerard339,

Please review Help->Downloading/Uploading a Project.

It explain your situation.

1. Check backup battery compartment. Battery should be installed right way.

*New PLC (from the box) include backup battery in plastic bug.

2. Check battery voltage. For new battery it should be between 3.2V...3.1V. 2.8V is critical minimum.

*When measure battery voltage by digital multimeter, there is no load, and even bad (discharged) battery will show voltage in accepted range..

3. Check SB 8 - Battery Low. If it is '1', battery should be replaced.

4. Use  "Download All & Burn" download option.

*PLC registers content may be random, but project will run.

B.R.
