37 loom machine network

I need to create a network with 37  machines and collect some information in each of them by mean HMI units.Besides I need to introduce 4 different data  in 4 registers in each machine.

All units must be networked to create a log register  about the individual operation in a common  place as  a manager computer.  Each control unit will receive information from a Modbus Current sensor installed in each  machine telling me the their state (on/off). This is used to avoid  invasive electrical modification for any machine. I was thinking in a 5.3  to 7 inch  screen size units. I require IP66 protection.

I think I need two comm ports RS485 for Modbus communication, one for sensor and other for the network section.

I am attaching a single line diagram.

What will be the best and cheap option using Unitronics units and what I need (HMI, CPU, Comm ports?

I will be happy with comments and suggestions from the forum members.

I have a couple different size vision series sending data back and fort with UniCan. Works great. I think you can go up to 62 units.
