Where can i find the swapper version of Visilogic 9.8.65?

That definitely needs to be added to the list on the website.

The full 9.8.65 is still listed under "Previous Versions" - 

https://www.unitronicsplc.com/Download/SoftwareVersions/Visilogic/VisiLogic_9_8_65.exe

I would just follow the re-naming instructions to use the Swapper and download and install this.
