V430 TR34 problem with PTO - big delay on start and stop

Hi everyone

I need some help/ideas- i have project with V430-TR34 using PTO to control one stepper motor. I did the function according to example and all works. I have JOG moves and  moves to position.

The only problem i have is that when I press Jog button the motor starts t move with big delay about 2 sec . I try to addjust the Acc/Dec time , but delay is the same.

I tried to save the results in the table and i see that after max 100ms after Jog button the speed of PTO is as needed, but the motor has delay.

 

Any ideas what to change/adjust. I am short of ideas - Almost a week I am struggling with this problem
