oobretenov Posted September 29, 2021 Report Posted September 29, 2021 Hi everyone I need some help/ideas- i have project with V430-TR34 using PTO to control one stepper motor. I did the function according to example and all works. I have JOG moves and moves to position. The only problem i have is that when I press Jog button the motor starts t move with big delay about 2 sec . I try to addjust the Acc/Dec time , but delay is the same. I tried to save the results in the table and i see that after max 100ms after Jog button the speed of PTO is as needed, but the motor has delay. Any ideas what to change/adjust. I am short of ideas - Almost a week I am struggling with this problem Thank you in advance Ognyan Obretenov

MVP 2023 kratmel Posted September 30, 2021 MVP 2023 Report Posted September 30, 2021 I try to check some MB in your project. It look's like JOG command is disabled by "in move" MB. This MB is SET and RESET via state machine. It looks like you start move via JOG and this move is blocked by "in move" MB. But maybe i'm lost something...
