Unicloud PLC connection

Hello everyone I have a question regarding the cloud service.

I have succeeded in accessing the PLC using the unitronics remote client VPN (connected to 127.0.0.1 through VPN Viewer). Also, I have connected to the PLC using VNC when connected to the same internet network. My question is if I can connect to the PLC directly from an outside connection? For example on a mobile phone (where the remote client program is not available) without the need of a VNC VIEWER. I thought that the WEB function would do just that but as I read in the help file it opens the web server of the program that is loaded to the PLC.
