ACCESS BITS FROM A BINARY VARIABLE ( INT32 OR UINT32 )

Hello,

I want to be able to use an INT32 OR UINT32 Variable to access and Use his 32 boolean bits.

I want to do it without the use of the Function "Num to Bits" like is On the picture attached, is there anyway to address it automatically like it is on Siemens. To avoid extra coding, because later I have to use again "Bits to NUM" Function to convert it again to DWORD.

Find relative pictures attached for understanding what I want to do, I want to access the 32 bits in INT32 or UINT32 Variable without  the use of the functions above, I just want to know if there is anyway to point their address directly like is on Siemens
