Fréquence et Comptage.....Frequency and Count

Recommended Posts

Bonjour,

je cherche à utiliser les entrées comptage rapide d'un V350.

J'ai branché un codeur 100 imp/tr sur les entrées 6 et 7.

(google translates inserted by Ausman)

Hello, I'm trying to use the high-speed counter inputs of a V350. I plugged a 100 pulse/rev encoder into inputs 6 and 7.

image.png.e38a7f8d5434723c767dde189c70d6a3.png

La valeur affichée est bien 100 impulsions pour 1 tour.

Ces deux signaux sont aussi branchés sur les entrées 0 et 1

I0 [A,B] Shaft encoder (X2) ML10 Encoder_AB

I1

L'affichage de ML10 me donne une valeur 3 fois plus grande

Ces deux signaux sont aussi branchés sur les entrées 2 et 3

I2 = A – borne 13
I3 = B – borne 12 : ML11 : Frequence

L'affichage de ML11 me donne 0

Comment utilise t on les entrées à comptage rapide?

Merci

The value displayed is indeed 100 pulses for 1 revolution. These two signals are also connected to inputs 0 and 1

I0: [A,B] Shaft encoder (X2) ML10 Encoder_AB

I1: Displaying ML10 gives me a 3 times larger value

These two signals are also connected to inputs 2 and 3

I2 = A – terminal 13

I3 = B – terminal 12: ML11: Frequency ML11 display gives me 0

How are fast count inputs used? Thank you

  • Ausman changed the title to Fréquence et Comptage.....Frequency and Count

I found part of the solution.

For the hardware configuration, I choose to connect my 100imp/tr encoder on "Higt Speed Inputs".

The number of pulses is counted directly in ML20 and the frequency is stored in MI20.
The encoder counts twice as many pulses, the software has to count the pulses from A and the one from B.

But I didn't manage to use Frequency Measurement based on HSC

The output values E F G H I J do not change when the encoder is running.
