Screen Capture does not show mouse or mouse clicks

Hello, I am trying to create tutorials on ow to operate the PLC but once the Video is recorded and then played back the mouse is no where on the screen. 

 

Is there a fix to this?

What Vision Model, and what program are you using for your recording?

In case a solution is not needed at all......have you also tried doing this with Remote Access?

I am using Version 1.0.78.0 Unitronics Remote Operator. 

The Program I am using to screen capture is Called Loom. 

I have not tried using Remote Access but I will look into it.

"What Vision Model" is referring to the PLC model number.  Unitronics makes different model PLCS, one of which is the "Vision" series.  This could have a bearing on your problem as well, due to different HMIs across the models.
