Can't get response from PLC v350-35-T2

Hello, im using PLC v350-35-T2 device. Trying to get response from device, but nothing works. i tried using wireshark to catch what bytes VisiLogic are sending and I got this:

Wanted to ask, why is it sending  eRaN$lIoR~bEnNy@KfIr ? In protocol documentation it says, that all messages should start with /

Please try to use Info mode for test TX and RX messages in hex on HMI.

Toucn on HMI for 4-5s Info mode appear, default Password 1111.

Thanks, really helped. It turned out baudrate is set to 57600, i tried with 115200 all the time
