IO-DI16 needs an adapter?

Hello,

Im thinking of purchasing two I/O expansion modules, more precisely the IO-DI16 and the IO-TO16, and my question is:

Can i connect this module direcly to the OPLC? Or do i have to purchase an adapter?

These modules require EX-A2X IO Expansion Adapter.

*All modules with name starting "IO-" require adapter.

What PLC are you going to use it with ?

 JAZZ    or  SAMBA Series -- NO, they are not expandable

 Vision Series    -- OK  -- And you need the EX-A2X  as Alex has pointed out.

UniStream Series   --   These will need an EX-RC1  and a CANBUS Adapter Module.

      There are UniStream Equivalents  if it is  for UniStream Series.   -- Let us know the Model PLC so we can recommend the proper adapter cable
