App working on WiFi but no connection via 4G

I am relatively new to the Unitronics world.

I have a Samba SM70 with a small project.  I have dowloaded and intalled the Remote operator app to my Android Phone.  App works perfectly on the WiFi in my house, but once I shut down the Wifi card on the pnone (use only 4G) I get no-connection.  

There is likely a setting somewhere, which I have not done properly.  Do I need to add something in my router?

Read this topic which was one result in searching here for DDNS.  You need to learn a little about different network methods and ways of using them.  You're likely on a dynamic address on your router, which the world needs to know about for you to get into the router in the first place.  The router then needs to be forwarding the correct ports.

If after researching and making some changes to your router you still have trouble, come back.
