FrutigerAG
Hello I am using a V700 on a battery voltage source with 24VDC for a mobile measuring device. With a V700, is there a way to internally query the current supply voltage to be able to detect a possible voltage drop from the battery? Thanks. Inside V700 PLC present onboard DC-DC 24VDC to 5VDC. From V700 manual: Input voltage 12 or 24VDC Permissible range 10.2-28.8VDC There is no internal circuit for measuring the supply voltage. If you have a Snap-In module with an analog input - you can measure the input voltage through a resistive voltage divider.
